Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and taking accurate messages.
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle tenant and client account queries efficiently.
- Provide excellent tenant support, addressing their needs promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment that varies in pace.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
