The successful candidate will conduct regular inspections, identify issues promptly, and coordinate with the site team to implement effective solutions. A background as a caretaker or in similar maintenance roles is ideal, accompanied by relevant work experience and a full driving licence. The role also requires a commitment to safeguarding children and ensuring a secure environment for all staff and students.
- Experience in caretaking or premises management
- Relevant maintenance or facilities management experience
