Are you looking for your next step in HR, but equally importantly, looking for a company where people genuinely matter?
We’re recruiting a People & Culture Coordinator to join a supportive and friendly People & Culture team within an established organisation. This is a business that values its employees, respects work-life balance and has retained a real family feel, where people work together and support one another.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some HR, People & Culture or HR administration experience and is now looking for a role where they can broaden their experience and progress their career. This is a role where no 2 days are the same and you will be juggling your tasks.
You’ll get involved in a varied range of People & Culture activities, including:
- Recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Employee documentation and HR administration
- Supporting employees throughout their journey with the business
- Probation and absence administration
- HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
- Payroll and benefits administration support
- Employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Supporting the wider People & Culture team with employee matters
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have previous experience within HR, People & Culture or a similar HR support/coordination role and be someone who is organised, approachable and confident dealing with people at all levels.
You’ll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage several priorities while handling confidential information appropriately
Experience gained within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment would be a real advantage, although it isn’t essential.
Most importantly, this would suit someone who wants more than just their next job. It’s an opportunity to join a supportive, people-focused organisation where you can continue learning, expand your HR experience and build your career.
If you’re looking for a company that combines professional standards with a friendly, supportive culture and a healthy approach to work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.
