We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communications Apprentice to join our client. This role is ideal for candidates with GCSEs (typically grade 7+ preferred, minimum Maths & English grade 4/5) This is a 12 month apprenticeship
The successful candidate will support the Corporate Affairs & Communications team by creating engaging digital content, drafting public relations materials, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring media coverage. Your responsibilities will include developing multimedia content, assisting with media relations, supporting event logistics, and maintaining stakeholder contact lists. Through the apprenticeship, you will build a diverse portfolio demonstrating your skills in writing, campaign execution, and media monitoring, while actively participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance your professional growth and industry understanding.
- Academic qualification: English GCSE results at grade 7 or above; A-levels desirable.
- Strong written communication skills with experience in content creation and PR materials.
- Experience with digital content development, social media, or multimedia assets is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to support multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proficient in proofreading, version control, and drafting clear, effective communication.
- Motivated learner with a keen interest in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Due to the nature of the industry, you must be 18 years of age to be on the client's site.
